I'm supposed to get my blood drawn to make sure Abilify doesn't mess with my cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.

I find it a bit embarrassing that the lab slip has my diagnosis code along with the actual diagnosis. It's exactly written: "F31.9 (Bipolar disorder)"

I know the diagnosis code is needed, but the way it's written is annoying

Not to mention the top of the lab slip has my pdoc's office name in like size 72 font.

I don't know... Maybe I'm being too sensitive.
