Yes, I believe thatīs how itīs become for me. I feel stressed and anxious, I wake up that way quite often and even if itīs also because of my other problems in life I think it became much worse after termination.

I read a bit about complicated grief disorder and I got the thought "why hasnīt my T talked about this?" I mean, why doesnīt she announce my condition more and try to be more emotionally supportive? No one has the answer of course but still.
