I had a thread here about issues I have with it, but they seem to be getting better with time. Also, I can confirm the sex drive thing - I'm not even that sexual, but I never realized the effect until I realized I'm now almost totally incapable of any kind of significant stimulation there. It's not a huge deal for me, but it's kinda surprising.

It's also been known to cause vivid dreams, I've heard (though I've only experienced it once).
