Hi everyone,
I've been having more and more trouble with remembering things, how to spell things, how to write things, I scramble up letters in words, I can't remember basic things like my address, my middle name, how to tie my shoes, etcetera.
Sometimes, I'll say certain words that mean completely different things from what I'm trying to say, and I know how to say it, it just comes out wrong.
I forget how to spell words and I spell them phonetically, like floor becomes flore, tried becomes tryed, etc.
My psychiatrist recently upped my dosage of Zyprexa, but this started before any of my medication was increased.
I'm 20 years old and my symptoms have drastically, exponentially gotten worse since my last inpatient hospitalization last year.

Is this just disorganized thought getting worse?
