I'm already over 300 lbs. and pretty handicapped by it, so the weight gain would NOT be acceptable. (Not that I think I'm going to live another 20 years, but the possibility remains.) Besides, I love my hypomanias and can't imagine life without them, although I could easily do without full-blown mania and depression.
