Talk to your therapist about this one. I have no history of schizophrenia so I cannot speak for that but I have had dreams that follow over when I "awaken". It is a queer feeling. But I do not believe that the dream playing out as you "woke up" is indicative of Psychosis as much as it is just a weird dream. But still talk to your therapist, They may be able to help with the strange dream.
