This is hard...

For worst I'll go with meds that seemed to really help and then caused a bad reaction. Lamictal, loxapine, geodon come to mind.

For best.......clozaril. It's saved my life after 2 years of torturous depresssion alternating with mixed. It's got annoying side effects but anything beats how I was feeling.

There aren't any more meds for me to try right now that I'm not at high risk for reacting to so I guess I'm not looking forward to any.Well, I am hopefully starting metformin fairly soon and that is a good thing to help with all this weight.
