I usually said things that my head let me know were there, had a "compulsion" to. Consequently my head didn't tell me the really scary stuff I couldn't deal with :-) But after I had a dream of my head in T's lap and her stroking my hair and told her that and we discussed it, not a whole lot that I wasn't able to tell her.
