It helped my depression (in conjunction with Emsam) but over time I had to take more and more. I didn't have any good options so wound up increasing to 1200 mg which worked for a few years then 1500 mg which didn't help much and only lasted a month or two. At that point it pretty much just didn't work anymore but I did get a good 8-9 years out of it which is a first for me.
