In your first description, I would have said early on mental breakdown, psychotic break, crisis, later on learned about florid decompensation. As of now, bipolar isn't one of my co-morbid dx....

I think the term cycling or revolving door actually are one of my memory triggers lol revolving doors like in a business park or mall lol....
I said that term describing DID revolving door of alter it is totally okay if in control with it actually really helpful with noticing who is out. Kind of like a meeting of alter external using the word co-present and co-hosting etc.
