Yes, my son was 6. The cartoon channels advertised it like it was for little kids and didn't show anything scary in the commercial. I think I made them refund our money, I was so mad. My son and I looked at each other 15 minutes into the movie and left the theater.


I just asked my son, now 13, and he still remembers freaking out because the mother was evil and tried to kill the daughter. And he remembers we went and asked the theater manager if that was a kid's movie and he said 'yes'.
