My pdoc suggested I break my day into three sections (morning, afternoon, and evening) and track my moods for that time frame. T said I should find at least 6 different moods to track (I can do multiple moods for each section if needed) - but I'm at a loss for what moods to track. All I can think of is: okay, flat, and struggling.
Any suggestions?
