Thank you for that website, Lola. I will use it for some more ideas. I'm to be tracking certain things, but not in detail because they don't want it to over take my mind. In my alotted space on the form pdoc gave me (essentially it's a blank monthly calendar) I am tracking: Did I Eat? Y/N, Purge? Y/N, Weight, Triggers, Pain, and then three little boxes to 'color in' using a color for a 'mood'.

If you want to actually have charts to fill out, you can find ideas online. I finally came across an app I really liked called Optimism Online: Optimism Mental Health Apps for Self-Tracking. There are MANY apps out there. This one you can use on a regular computer as well as on your phone or other devices and they will sync. It is customizable so you can very much personalize it for what you need to track. You can journal on it, etc. There are simpler ones and different ones; this is just the one I found I always went back to no matter how many others I looked at.

Good idea on putting my cycle on the mood chart/calendar. Thanks!

There are several websites and apps for mood tracking.
https://www.moodtracker.com/ is what I use.

I'll have to check this out, maybe I'll use the app throughout the day and then transfer onto paper at the end of the day.
