I'm on so many meds I can barely count them, have been with my pdoc for 6 years and the latest therapist for 1. So I'm well taken care of -- stupid as it sounds, I just feel like a whiner for bothering them. I see my T tomorrow and my pdoc Monday and figure there's no point in wasting their time before then.

This comes and goes in waves (to badly extend the metaphor), but I've been sinking for a while and the only people paying attention to at least some degree have been here. I'm certainly grateful for it, but my 3D friends are ignoring my pleas for help, and that's really hurting me too.

I'll get over it, I'm sure. It just feels really, really bad in the meantime.
