I told my mom this afternoon that I can't remember the last time I showered. She all but drove over and threw me in the shower. Showering did make me feel better for a stint. Once I get in I usually love showers but when I am depressed, it feels like a chore. Tonight I wished I could live in the shower to escape from my life. I called my mom and asked if I can call her if I feel unsafe in the middle of the night. She said of course. I am so blessed to have her!
