I don't know about Australia, our counselling system is so **** your on the public system for years they give you some ******** diagnosis teach you a bit of mindfulness and then think your mental illness is fixed I was diagnosed with ptsd and adhd my psychiatrist don't know that I am barely aware what reality is I have to get him to authorise my adhd pills so I can take them on the plane to portugal. Meanwhile he thinks I am just there for the drugs the system is screwed the only support I feel is on here only on here people treat me seriously.
