IDK. It sounded like you had a hypomanic episode before when you posted about it (less need for sleep, super productive, energetic, etc.), but that's just my opinion.

Also, BP exists on a spectrum. Not everyone who gets hypomania becomes hypersexual or does crazy sh*t. You only need to meet 4 of the 7 DSM-V criteria for hypomania in order to be Dx'ed with BP II. Also, hypomania doesn't have to last at least 4 days. The DSM-V says hypomania can last 2 days even. It's written in the section for BP NOS if you're curious about it.
