I'm very glad you decided to reach out here. I'm very new to this site myself. I don't think anyone will be judging you, we are all here to support each other!!

I've got a major problem with anxiety and social phobia among other issues. I can completely relate to not wanting to leave home. I somehow drag myself out of the house to work each weekday. It is SO hard!! I end up spending every weekend camped out in the house. It's the only place I am comfortable.

Just know that you are among friends here. Many of us are going through very similar issues that you are feeling!!!
