Only have a minute as I'm running out the door....... wanted you to know I understand you've been struggling lately and I'm wishing you a good session today.

It's hard to cope with a mother that wants us to be there for them but yet it's not reciprocated. I know this very very well.

Hope your T. is helpful and remember-- it can be tough at times-- the hardest times are when you make the most progress(least that's what I was told-- but then, I leave at those times-- so what do I know! )
