Just read a fascinating article in the Science News weekly magazine, it had so much to say about all the benefits, even pdoc from Columbia University uses it for depression.
But the research from the Soviet (mostly where it grows) revealed many good things such as, improved physical stamina and alertness, helps those with diabetes, hypertension, depression, shifts in mood, and fatigue symptoms.
I don't know, it sounds waaaaaay to good to be true, has anyone used it? How would one know if they are really getting the real thing when purchasing? I saw it referred to, Rhodiola (rosea).
Any info would be appreciated.
