I am generally an irritable person, but I've learned to control my behavior rather well (i.e., I don't scream "shut up!" at the person in the coffee shop tapping their pencil on the table, even if I think they deserve it

.
However, over the past 3 days I've had a series of angry outbursts and I'm worried this may mean zoloft is causing me problems (increased from 25 to 50 about 2 weeks ago). It sort of feels like really bad PMS...very quick to anger, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, crying, picking fights, impulsive lashing out via text etc. I've been able to calm myself down after each outburst but have already said/done things I regret.
Maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe this is a 'normal' response to adjusting to the dose. I don't know...I guess I'm just looking for some objective input.
