I'm really sorry you're going through this. I absolutely hate it when I've done something that I later regret and then I feel like there's just no turning back. Though is it possible to apologize to at least someone you've lashed out at? It might help to make you feel better.
It's great you've been able to control your irritability until recently, that must have been really hard.
Is it possible that -aside from the higher dose of Zoloft- something has triggered this? Is there anything going on in your life (i.e. stress or upsetting things happening with people close to you) that might of triggered these episodes of anger?
Either way, it looks like you'll need to let your pdoc know about what has been happening -maybe you can give him/her a call? Maybe he'll nix the Zoloft, replace it with something else, or keep it at the lower dose you were on before.
Best of luck to you and I hope you feel better soon!
