You could do something like that for now. Those things send text messages when your bank info has changed, and they tell you the day, time, and location of the purchase.

Did you happen to use an ATM recently? There are sometimes skimmers on those things you have to watch out for... because they'll steal your info right away and someone can use your bank account immediately. They're sending me a new card that will have the chip on it. The card I had was issued before the chip type cards started.
