Med time is when I wake up and when I go to bed....sometime between 11pm and midnight is when I go to bed and sometime between 7am and 9am is when I get up except on work days when I must get up by 7:15am regardless of what time I go to sleep. Most nights I'm asleep within 20 minutes of taking the meds. Med time, bed time are the same but not sleep time.
