I've ODed on my meds six times over the 25 years i've been diagnosed and nothing ever happened. The times i sought medical attention they didn't even have to give me charcoal to vomit. I've always been on what i thought was a fairly stiff cocktail, usually a mood stabilizer, anti-psychotics and anti-anxiety meds. I don't know what people who complete suicide by ODing on their meds are on. The suicide manual "Final Exit" says psych meds are useless for suicide -- not that it kept me from trying. I think doctors know that psych meds are pretty harmless.
