Bedtime: On work nights, it was 1:30 AM (bad, since I have to get up around 8:15 or sometimes 7:15. I think I'm improving now though, since not it's in the 11:30-12:30 range. On weekends: usually, I go to sleep anywhere from 1:30 am-4:00 am. I aim for no latter than 2:30, but 3 AM is about average.
Med Time: As soon as I wake up, whether it be 7:15 or 8:15 AM or on weekends, around 10-11 AM for my morning pills. Then, I take my night pills about an hour before bed, although I think taking it earlier would be better since I still feel the sedation in the morning. As for prn benzos: sporadically. Sometimes afternoon when working and very anxious, sometimes morning, sometimes evening. I admit the Klonopin or Xanax feels best as far as pills I take, since I know I'll get more immediately relief. I don't want to get addicted though.
