It sounds like this isn't the right job for you. I would start looking for a new one, and once you find one, put in your two weeks notice. I recently quit a job before having a new one ready, and now I'm unemployed and haven't found a new one yet, so I wouldn't suggest quitting before having a new job in place. Good luck!
