Interesting idea. I'd certainly like to try it. By definition everyone would have deficiencies and limitations so nobody would need to look down on anybody else. That's one difference to start with, I think. Some people would be more capable at some things than others but that wouldn't make anybody "better". Challenges I can think of would be about leadership and ways of dealing with conflict. That's similar to any society,I guess. But if nobody is perfect or "better" by definition. . .that might lead to some interesting new ways of managing things.
