This happens to me. I will be watching tv or driving or doing some ordinary task and a comment or thought will enter that is way off what I am doing. For instance I was with my kids walking in a parking lot, and suddenly I hear so what are we going to be for Halloween? What? It's summer! It was the end of May beginning of June. Sometimes it's a thought or something like a scene from some tv show. Sometimes it's just a statement... Coffee is so dark and hot. Very strange things at times. Just my experience.
