I don't record because I can't bear to hear my voice. Lately, I've started taking my laptop and I type as we talk. I do a lot of writing for work, and type very quickly, so it's an automatic activity. After I started doing this, I could read it a couple days later and it was all new to me. There are gaps, but for the most part, it's like another free session (or more, depending on how many times I reread).

It's been eye opening.

Maybe at some point, I might want to record only portions, during the wrap up, when she has things to suggest for the coming days.

I would never record without letting her know, though.
