Sometimes I AM having anxiety, other times not. Abilify is known for causing anxiety and heart palpitations. Here's the thing: my anxiety has gotten WAY better on the Abilify. It went from severe to mild. I would say it's pretty mild right now.

I take Xanax PRN and Xanax XR currently. I don't normally take this much, but since pdoc is still adjusting my meds, I'm taking it until I get stable on a good med combo.

My pdoc also reduced my Latuda pretty drastically a few weeks ago (from 120 mg to 60 mg) when he also increased my Abilify from 5 mg to 10 mg and that's when these palpitations started.

It's so confusing.
