I tend to get mild auditory hallucinations when I'm mentally and physically stressed out. They're mostly nonsense and don't scare me, but they are annoying.
I suppose I'm depressed right now, which is a mood episode, but I know I get these even when I'm not depressed.

What are your "auditory hallucinations" like? They may be nothing to worry about.
I get "noisy thoughts" which seem like they could be hallucinations/ voices, but my pdoc was not concerned about them at all because it's not like I think I actually hear something. They are just thoughts.
Just thought I'd share in case that helps.
