Today, my therapist forgot the name of someone that I've been talking about for almost 2 years! She doesn't take notes during our sessions, but I'd like to think that the last 10 minutes of the hour are for her to write some notes or review notes prior to the next person coming in. I think that's a basic service and I don't think that I'm expecting too much, do you?

My last therapist never took notes at all and told me that she just had a great memory which she did! Her memory was astonishing.
