Oh, about the notes. My T took notes, but I don't know that reviewing his notes from the week or two before for a few minutes would help much. I've seen his notes and they never were filled with specifics like people's names, etc., so they wouldn't help much that way. He might have written down a name at some point over the years, but it might be buried somewhere in years of notes.
