I may be a little off here, but I'll say what I do and you can do likewise.
a) Peanut butter and banana. Start eating from the center the yard. One you see the botton smash a banana inside. Then grape jelly. If you're in cold weather, microwave to taste. Or fridge in hot.
b) Peaches a la piri. Get a can (or two) of condensed milk. Open the can and put four halves in a deep dish. Get the syrup out of the center and fill with the condensed milk.
c) Condensed milk again and Pepsy. That's why you need two cans. One 12oz can and 1/2 a can condensed milk. Sprinkle some stevia for weight saving.
d) This is the killer. When the jar (big jar of course) of peanut butter is showing the botton and is like 1/3 full, one can of evaporated milk and stevia for weight saving. A hand blender and voila. Best milk shake there is.
This recommendations are for people that need to manage their weight. Others can substitute stevia for brown sugar.
