Frankly I don't think the one I see would remember my name except for the fact that she writes it down on her appointment book. She used to take notes - but as far as I could see, the notes had nothing to do with what I was saying and possibly nothing to do with me at all. She could well have been making her weekly shopping list. The woman has a memory like a sieve.
