I agree with Chuva. While it is wise to educate oneself, especially about illnesses that we have, be careful. As they say, "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" [Alexander Pope]. It's important that we understand what we're reading, or we may misinterpret things and make incorrect assumptions.
While
you may not have any trouble interpreting what you've read, I'd venture to say that many of us don't have the scientific background needed to understand the study being discussed. Scientific terminology is often very dry and frequently referring to other studies and scientists.
Just, please be careful. I hope that you get the help that you're looking for. Oh ~ please do refer to the studies that you've gathered information from when you see your pDoc. I'm sure that they'll be impressed!
