You could start by saying positive things to your self in the mirror. It feels funny at first,but then you get used to it. If you can't think of anything to write about yourself then you can download a positive affirmations app on your smart phone or tablet. Or you can just google positive affirmations on your pc.
My T was quoting someone that was saying "it's Monday the day's going to be terrible." If you say bad things to your self then bad things are going to happen. Hope this helps
