Not a silly question at all! Mine does. In fact when I was first looking for a t, and researching names my pdoc had given me, I stumbled upon her profile on psychologytoday.com because the words "dream work" jumped right off the page at me. I'd never known there was such a thing before, but have been a prolific dreamer all my life and knew they had to mean something. My t is Jungian and very big on dream work, I began keeping a dream journal way back in the beginning and now it's 4+ years later and I have a box full of spiral notebooks with my dreams /notes about them. I adore dream work!! The first thing t taught me to do regarding working with my dreams is something called Active Imagination, where you basically relax and close your eyes and imagine yourself back in the dream and interact with it while you're awake. They can be very illuminating. I could go on for hours on this subject!
Thanks for this!
