I'm having a serious problem. I can't focus my eyes and I'm getting double vision. Like, my eyes overshoot

I forgot to take Abilify this morning. I only took Lamictal and Lexapro l. I only started getting these double visions and lack of eye focus after starting Abilify.

Has anyone had this problem? It only started after I took Lamictal and Lexapro

I need to contact my pdoc, but I don't know what to do. It's throwing off my balance
