Yeah, I'm not taking it ever again

I don't know why I still get these effects

I forgot my Abilify this morning and I was fine. Then when I took Lamictal and Lexapro about 20 mins ago, I instantly got the vision problems. I kinda don't want to take any meds in the meantime
