Yesterday morning I did leg extension 25lb x3 on my right and 30lb x3 on my left, quad stretch 20/ x2 on both but separate. Biceps 20lb on both 15 x2. And yesterday afternoon I did Biceps curls 8lb 10 x2. And shoulder press 8lb 7 x2. Finally I have dexterity in my right hand and starting to move my fingers individually. I am truly slowly overcoming all my disabilities. PRAISE GOD!!![emoji120]
