I died laughing when I came home last night and saw Ems message......I'm probably 20 years older than her and it just tickled me silly to see that!!

Okay, here goes........he was waiting on porch for me when i drove up.....we exchanged pleasantries and went inside...he started dinner. yakimando, crab legs, rice, salad and salmon......and a zinfandel that was really nice. we made small talk.......he had music playing during dinner.......i looked good....he looked good.......house was immaculate....table was set in military precison. BUT, there is absolutely no chemistry.......so, after getting everyone so excited, myself included, i've concluded that it truly is Bill that i cherish and am just going to quit casting around, dating men here. that was my third date and my mind just wanders (caught myself thinking about photography frequently) and i'm detached as all get out......OR COULD IT BE ME??????? i discussed it with Bill, (and we're still e.mailing now) this a.m. and we're like "okay, is our attraction so strong because it's "safe"...distance, etc.it's hard to be pissed at someone when they're in a box in another box.. we decided that isn't it. we just recognize in each other the "lonesomeness" and honor it and we're going forward with our connection. he pointed out that it's been almost three years now.....e.mails, phone calls....now we're going to meet and we both already know what we'll say to each other....he's younger too..11 years...i asked him if i had something weird going on and he pointed out that my spirit isn't "old" and that is what attracted him to me in the first place. i did point out that his mother is only 9 years older than me..she and i can always talk about the 70s..polyester, etc...he died laughing.....he makes me laugh more than any human bean i've ever known. i mean laugh, as in falling off my chair, dropping phone, etc. (he's learning a new song on a new resonator guitar and will play it for me as soon as he's got it down.)

so, ladies.....................i ain't dating NO MORE> but i sure did smell good .....at least that's what the Lt.Col said....i had giggled at home because by the time you wash your hair, use the bath soap, put on lotion and THEN a fragrance...you have a different scent for different zones.......:-) and god love him, he's didn't get to any zone except my hair and cheek.....so, now lay into me and tell me if i'm nuts or okay!!!
