I wish there was one so I could pull myself out when I need to, but my brain just flips. All of a sudden I'm a speedy little monster. Can't stop talking or switching subjects. I'm also sweating profusely and shaking with the inner vibrations.

I felt like garbage...4 hours ago. I cried all night. I'm been apathetic and despondent for weeks.
