I got some more sleep but woke up achy (chronic pain) and I have a cold. That's not the worst thing, really. It will get me out of the house to pick up some OTC Advil Cold & Sinus medication and generally feeling physically crummy is better than depression.
I took Wander's suggestion and tried some journaling last night. I think it helped? (Thanks, Wander!). At the very least it will help me keep track of my meds. I have one med I can take every four hours, if needed. So I'm taking meds throughout the day.
Hoping the increased dose of Lexapro my pdoc ordered yesterday kicks depression to the curb. I am going to use more things from my toolbox today to fight off this depression. Plus, I need to start thinking about packing for my trip.
