Hello My name is Kristen. I have been on here several times about different topics, This last Saturday on July 2nd in the evening time I was just informed that my 28 year old son and my 8 year old granddaughter has been in a horrible motorcycle accident, They had to be air lifted to USC Hospital. They were both put in ICU and both had to have surgeries that same night. They are both alive and getting better each day. But I feel like I have been traumatized myself. I haven't been able to cope with my emotions at all and have litterally been going off on everyone, especially my family. Anyway the reason I posting this is for someone to maybe give me some advice or a coping skill they might think will help me right now. Thanks for listening to me.
