Hi, welcome to PC Bipolar Forum! I hope you can find some support and answers here.
You may want to also post this in the OCD forum. I have OCD as well as bipolar and I've found that the things that have helped me with obsessive thoughts the most are antipsychotics for depression (Latuda and Abilify) and the supplement NAC. I take 3,000 mg of NAC daily, per my psychiatrist's orders.
If you have obsessive thoughts, the best thing is not to feed them by talking about them or doing anything compulsive to try to make them go away. It's best to get distracted with something else and try to ignore them. A good therapist can help you with this.
Best wishes! I hope you can get the help you need with them.
