I think it is dangerous to quit meds entirely if you are, in fact, bipolar. It is also dangerous to quit a medication cold turkey without the assistance of a doctor. I would talk to your doctor about weaning off safely. I am concerned about your physical safety and mental health. If you have to get off the medication and can't talk to your doctor about it, can you gradually taper off? Wishing you the best!
