I agree with eating a proper healthy diet, I am not using a juice fast to replace healthy eating. I'm only going to do it for seven days to detox my body, then I will go back to healthy eating. I am already vegetarian, mostly vegan, so I don't know how much healthier I can get.

Ok, but just be aware that fruits
(even vegetables) have sugar just like anything else... they tend to be better though because your body has to break them down plus they have fibre, which if you juice... neither apply.
So it's just an unhealthy way to get nutrients really.
I say just stick to your mostly vegan diet... as you said, can't get much healthier than that if it's all balanced out. So what is there to detox from?
