If person is paying mutually agreed upon rent then the person can nap all day. It should not concern anyone. I wouldn't clean after people's dogs at all. Person might offer to do more other chores such as daily dishes etc instead. It's probably better to start looking for different accommodations or renting from other people. It seems that person 2 just wants person 1 gone and is looking for excuses
